Does anyone know of any good hardware monitoring software. I have a IBM xseries windows server 2003 with (2) Xeon 2.8ghz CPU.

I use MonitorMagic (www.tools4ever.com). It's pretty good. You set up custom monitors to look at stuff like performance, snmp, pings, event logs, etc. and it can notify you when things aren't right.
It doesn't do temperature monitoring though. Check out CPUID Hardware Monitor for that. www.cpuid.com
