my own administrator in university had been installed anew software that it filltered web content   such games website , computer security web sites and more ... :-/

it`s like aproxy  
any one know how to pass it and break it...??

Golly Gee I hate it when administrators prevent people from enjoying themselves. *much sarcasm intended*

Your admin is probably not a cruel person nor is he/she punishing you personally (or maybe you are being punished which is more to your shame).

If you don't like University policy maybe you should find another institution.  You could also ask your sysadmin to grant you access but I doubt that would work.
