I tried to install mypublisher so that I could make a book. When i attempted to do this I did install the program but it wouldn't work. I uninstalled the program and tried to reinstall it. I kept getting an error message that read "Failed to replace old mypublisher.exe files. I ran a regsoft scan and fixed errors on the advice of some people on the chat server here, but after i rebooted it still wasn't working. I have a windows vista home basic. Its a dell inspiron 531S; 32bit operating system; AMD athlon(tm) 64X2 Dual Core Processor 4000+ 2.10GHz;2.00 GB Ram. I got all this out of the system menu thing. Any and all help or ideas would be very much appreciated. Thanks

What you can try doing is going to download.com and getting "revo uninstaller". Install it then open it. When you find the program that you want to uninstall, click the program and choose uninstall then advance. It should make a system restore file and then start with the standard uninstall. Then from there it should look for reg files left over and blank folders and such. When it does you want to select all and delete all for that prgram only. Then try installing again.
