My sister can not log in to facebook on my computer or on her phone after I used her phone number to verify my account how do you fix this?

This may be an extreme measure but you might try deactivating your account and then creating a new account for which you use a different method to verify your account.

Personally i wouldn't give out my phone # to be able to use facebook...or any other web service for that matter.
