In Windows Explorer, we can see the file size in "Detail" view.
How can we see the size of the folders just like the files?

As my drive is running out of space, I would like to quickly identify the large folders so that I can relocate them.

Thanks.

In Detail View the parent folder size should show (approx) in the bottom Explorer pane...
If not this setting can be changed in view options...

You could also use Folder Size.
It adds a column to the detail view which shows the size of both files and folders.

If you want a more visual way to find what is taking up disk space, you could use a program like DiskSpacio or WinDirStat.

Thanks Kip! That's what I'm looking for.

Patio/Crinale819, I know the way you suggested will show the folder size, but I would like a list view rather than checking the folder one by one.

There are also Explorer replacements that will display the folder size just like the file size (ie, http://www.xyplorer.com/)
