The only problem is all my e-mail is no longer stored on Embarq site it is now on my computer. I liked it on there site. If somethng went wrong with my computer I would still have my mail on there site. Is there a way to have it in both places?

Yes, there is.  In Windows Mail, go to Tools, Accounts, select your account, and then select Properties.  In the Window Mail Properties dialog panel, select the Advanced tab and put a check mark in the box for "Leave a copy of messages on the server."
