The ISP download-monitor onscreen is indicating that downloads are in progress (green bars moving along)
I have NOT asked for updates etc !!
So how can I find out what is actually being downloaded ?

Any activity on the net involves downloading.
For instance, in order to view any single web page, that page has to be downloaded to your computer.
So, it not necessary means, there are some evil forces working behind the scenes.
Surely, if you're having some computer problem and you see some abnormal net activity, it may be a reason for concern.
