I have a home network set up to share internet between two laptops. My brother said he kept getting disconnected from the internet and asked if it was happening to me too but it wasn't. We noticed when we click "View Available Wireless Networks" there's a network we never created or added called "PETERTAYLOR-PC_NETWORK" How could this happen if no one else goes on the admin computer?? Could someone be stealing our internet?

Are you sure this Isn't just a neighbor's network that you are picking up?

The wireless network will automatically search for a network available in range and shows you. If you want to connect to it click on connect shown on the list.....

you can also tell the system not to automatically connect to other networks. It sounds like your brothers system is seeing the other network and trying to connect to it. Have him remove the auto connect and let us know.
