Ok, ran "Summer 2005 Original SiS Chipset Drivers" from link provided and during process I received a pop-up that stated the driver already exists and to install through device manager.  What should I do from this point?

So that is it, no further help or suggestions.  Come guys at least post something letting me know you are giving up so I can quit checking to see if there has been anther post.  I am not trying to be rude but I have tried everything suggested and nothing has worked.  Please don't give up yet, there has got to be something that can be done.

Continue with the re-install...then re-boot.

And I totally understand that you are volunteers and like I said I appreciate the help I have been getting.  I just thought because there was 30 exchanges in two days and then I got none in 2 days everyone had given up.  But anyway...  I am not sure what you mean by reinstall and then reboot, if that is related to the post you made stating un-installing 5 through 9 that has been done and reboot a with the same results.  I have to ask why is this problem only with flash drives on the USB and nothing else.  I have tried 4 different USB items and everything works except the flashdrives.  Thank you for taking the time to respond back Computer_Commando, I appreciate you trying to help me.

Ok, I un-installed 5 through 9 and restarted the system.  When it came back up I got some error codes.  I don't know if they are important but here is what they are.

BCCode: 1000007e  BCP1: C0000005   BCP2: 00000000  BCP3: F7A08A18  BCP4: F7A08714  OSVer: 5_1_2600  SP: 2_0 Prod: 768_1

C\DOCUMEN~1\COMPAQ~1LOCALS~1\Temp\\WERcebe.dir00\Mini111309-01.dmp
C\DOCUMEN~1\COMPAQ~1LOCALS~1\Temp\\WERcebe.dir00\sysdata.xml

Got past those and plugged in the USB and I restarted the computer and plugged the flashdrive and it stated "new hardware found"  Then it stated "USB might not be configured"  I think, because it went by so fast.  Then it stated "USB device not recognized" again.
I thought this would be some kind of clue, but you've got me stumped on this one.  It seems like a corrupted driver, just don't know which one.

After completion and analysis, I suspect you will then have to return to deleting the USB entries and/or reinstalling drivers.  If no success, wipe hard drive clean and reinstall Windows and all apps.

Sorry for the delay in posting, Other issues to attend to.  I followed the link to run the CCleaner, Malwarebytes, Superanti-virus, and posted the Hijack this log.  Is there any suggestions on the hijack this log.  I un-installed the USB and re-started and still USB device not reconized.  I see it was recommended wipe the hard drive adn re-install everything is that the final option?
