no it was not in use... i beleive the problem is because there is a "in use" delay right after you copy, move or rename a file or folder. Now that delay on my specific OS is set to high or messed up.It does sound vague to me to have a delay in windows but once i restart it goes away, which tells me it was just a delay.It is not in use either because this happens after everyinstalled program or copied folder I want to change or delete or move.Also note I have bitdefender 2009.
There is no Delay.
