Viruses attacking me

Whenever I try to get to a site through any of the mojor search engines such as google and ask jeeves, if I click on the link to the site I want, it directs me to completely different sites I have Maleware Bytes anti-maleware downloaded on my computer but whenever I run a scan it says that my system is fine, whatever's going on is also making my computer slower than usual.

go to above and complete , post the 3 logs an expert will look at them

rename mbam and run it
