Hi everyone,

I've been fighting with proxies, vpn's and such, trying to find the most confortable way to navigate, having one tab with one IP address, and another tab with another IP address.

So far, I've been able to use my home IP for one tab, and the webvpn of my university in the other tab. If you are not familiar with this kind of webvpn, it allows you to log into the vpn, changing your IP for that one tab you logged in only.

I have another VPN I can connect to, but I can only connect to this one, by creating the network connection in the Network and Sharing Center, changing my ip for the whole machine.

Finally, what I would like to know, is if there is any way I can connect to this last vpn, but restrict the IP it gives me, to only one browser (e.g. Have 87.xxx.xx.xxx on firefox and 193.xxx.xx.xxx on IE), or even better, one tab.

Best Regards,

as far as I know that is a setting in the VPN service. Have you tried to contact the owner of this service and see if they can/will enable the option for you?
