Photoshop crashed... Help?!

I was in the middle of making something in photoshop when it crashed.
I can still see everything, but it wont let me click anything or let me minimize or close it.

Stupidly, I haven't saved the work and I don't want to close it through task manager.
Can anyone help me save my work?

If it's not responding at all you really have no choice.  It's always a good idea to save your work.
