 ??? I just tried to download a free 3D screensaver and tried to preview it but an error box popped up saying "No hardware-accelerated direct3d devices ewre found". I then downloaded  Microsoft,s DirectX but to no avail. I checked Add/Remove and nothing was there. I have also tried by shutting down my spyware programs but still nothing. I run Windows 2000 Pro; what am I missing or doing wrong?

type dxdiag in the run box  and test for 3d.........

Your videocard may not support Hardware acceleration or DirectX.
