Hi,  I'm having a problem loading just one particular web site.  deviantart.com loads very slowly, sometimes.  When it finally loads it looks completey different, does not completely load and is also slow to navigate within.  Deviantart says it is not a problem on their end.  Sometimes it works just fine but most often not.  We had been visiting the site often with no problems.  The problem started when we were uploading art work to deviantart.  The problem is the same on Firefox, I.E., and Chrome browsers.  Thank you

Deviant art is heavy on graphics...
The page loading is directly related to your connection speed...
What is your connection ? /

We have a strong DSL and have no problem with other heavy graphics sites.  Also at bottom of the screen while loading deviantart it says knapsack.deviantart.com or st.deviantart.com is that normal?   Thanks

I know it loads fine for everyone else...thats my question, why just me.  It works fine for me also, sometimes but mostly not.   Attached is what it looks like after 3-4 minutes of loading.   Thanks

You also might want to run a trace route.

Sorry, I'm running around a little right now. If you prefer you can download Internet Maniac and use that to run a trace. Save the output to a text file then copy and paste here.

I'd never tried that online trace page before and it doesn't provide enough data about the ip addresses - let's see what Internet Maniac says. You are obviously stalling just before you get to deviantart.

Not sure how to send you the results so I'll describe.  Says "destination reached after 12 hops"  but #'s 1-11 hops said "no response".  #12 says    31ms            8.10.77.140

The "no response" are the problem. Those ip addresses are holding you up. Save the results to text and either post the results here or upload the file you save it to. But in the end you're going to have to call your ISP and tell them the url's or ip addresses of the locations that are causing the problem.
