Title: CMOS Battery>> Error NTLDR missing

Hi,
After i accidently removed the cmos battery(again fixed it back) computer does not boot up, i get the error NTLDR missing. sometime it shows keyboard error.
it's compaq pc P-3 (2001 built)-866 mhz, 128 ram,  win 2k.
Any help is highly appreciated.

disable the virus scan in your bios and it should go through ntldr screen.also while in the bios set it back to default settings.

it worked fine. There was a Floopy diskette inside.
after ejecting it out the system booted normally.
