Please Help me with this problem!!Desperate!

I Have an All-Fine 7" netbook bought from Ebay on thursday and since Friday it has suddenly stopped working.
Like, I turn it on, it comes up a loading screen with "press f1 for updates" and when I press it it wants a Password (which I don`t know).
If i don`t press it comes up the start up screen saying initializing...
And after a few seconds the screen just goes a really dark navy blue and freezes.
Any help to make it work or something?I have already tried reset.
PLEEEEEEEAAAAAASSSSSE help!!!!!!!

1) Instead of "someone help me" it would be helpful if the subject of your thread related to your problem. It will attract more attention that way.
2) This is a forum not a chat room. You have to wait for someone to respond. Bumping your own thread will not help (and in fact may have the opposite than desired effect).

If it failed 1 day after you got it you need to contact the seller to arrange a warranty return.
