Hi, I am new to this so I hope someone can help as I am really confussed!!!
I have a home computer that I set up for wireless internet using a netgear medem router. the router then stopped working so I purchased a new on. probelm is this new one (exactly the same manke and model) will not connect. when I run the disk install it has to be done through an ethernet cable not wirelessly so I can not get any further with it. when the router is switched on the lights are green as they should be apart from the internet one which is red. I am really lost so any help would be really greatly appreciated. thanks
