No problem. I,ve been around Computer Hope since 2006 and received a ton of help here, and recommended this forum to several friends during that time. And those that took my advice were very happy with the help they found here. 1 friend in particular I recall was able to fix her problem with the directions from here that she had already been quoted a price of triple digits to do so from her local PC repair shop. She was about to seek help from one of those online $19.99 fix-all services. We're both glad she contacted me first.
