D:\i386\WINNTUPG\NETUPGRD.DLL.
« on: May 19, 2011, 03:20:22 PM »
I want to try out this new (to me) XP Version...its a little customized...but this error comes up after.  I created the iso and just ran the cd and tried the compatibility test before doing any formating...The option to upgrade will not be available at this time because Setup was unable to load the file D:\i386\WINNTUPG\NETUPGRD.DLL.
Im doing a fresh install after a clean format, not an upgrade.  What does this option do??

MS Windows XP Home 32-Bit SP3

AMD Athlon XP 2500+

78GB Samsung
