Weird events in Event Viewer. Guild Wars 2 is unplayable x.x'
    « on: November 14, 2013, 11:40:35 PM »
So I made like 3 posts on this website, this being one of them http://www.tomshardware.com/answers/id-1882592/weird-events-event-viewer-hacked-virus-guild-wars-unplayable.html looking for help. I didn't want to make 3 but people would respond to it in ways that wasn't really fixing it so my post would be less priority because it was "answered" so I'd make another seeking a real answer. As you can see I have gotten "reinstall windows" and "maybe it's a virus or corrupt game" and "run these scans and checks and if something comes up here or here this a blah blah problem". I ran the scans but it showed no problems. I ran the tests this site wants but it still looks fine to me (still a noob at fixing computers though). The only issues I can see is when it crashes and that Event Viewer seems to be saying some really odd things. Anyway thanks for your time and sorry for the trouble. Here are the scans and if you would please explain everything in as much detail as possible it would be highly appreciated since I am currently trying to learn as much as I can about computers and how to fix them.

Hello and welcome to Computer Hope Forum. My name is Dave. I will be helping you out with your particular problem on your computer.

    1. I will be working on your Malware issues. This may or may not solve other issues you have with your machine.
    2. The fixes are specific to your problem and should only be used for this issue on this machine.
    3. If you don't know or understand something, please don't hesitate to ask.
    4. Please DO NOT run any other tools or scans while I am helping you.
    5. It is important that you reply to this thread. Do not start a new topic.
    6. Your security programs may give warnings for some of the tools I will ask you to use. Be assured, any links I give are safe.
    7. Absence of symptoms does not mean that everything is clear.

If you can't access the internet with your infected computer you will have to download and transfer any programs to the computer you're using now and transfer them to the infected computer with a CD-RW or a USB storage device. I prefer a CD because a storage device can get infected. If you use a storage device hold the shift key down while inserting the USB storage device for about 10 secs. You will also have to transfer the logs you receive back to the good computer using the same method until we can get the computer back on-line.

The Security log shows that you have two AV's on your computer; Microsoft Security Essentials and Webroot SecureAnywhere You should only have one AV active on your computer otherwise, they will cause conflicts.
From what I can gather from your post is that your computer is crashing. Is this the only symptom? Did this just happen when you're playing a particular game or working on a particular program?

Windows 8 and Windows 10 dual boot with two SSD's
