Hello there, i want to ask is someone is it possible my internet to be weak due to slow HDD.(got that claim from my ISP that my slow inet is due to bad/slow hdd) Thanks!

A bad hard drive can slow the whole computer down but not just the internet connection.

i would check your internet speed by preforming a speed test but there are many reasons as to why the internet could be slow.
you could also remove temporary internet-files such as cookies to help speed up browsing
