    Chassis for router
    « on: October 26, 2015, 10:00:27 PM »
My name is Marco and I am from Toronto. My dad and I are planning to start sales of networking equipment's. We are gonna start with Routers for big firms. We have finalized everything other than the chassis part. We want to make sure that our routers don't heat up much and also provides proper airflow. The whole project is done by a precision metal parts providing company called Bayview Metals in Toronto. They told us to do some research before finalizing. What are your suggestions? What material should be used?

What sort of hardware is going into these routers, we're going to need a lot more information?  If it's standard PC stuff or something such as ALIX boards there are plenty of off the shelf cases available.
