    Mail server seting
    « on: November 21, 2015, 08:55:04 PM »
    Hello:
I am looking to create a service that my user(request) can request information via personal dashboard from multiple users(replay) via email.

the point is to aggregate all the replay in centralized interface.

for that purpose I would like to set up our services that we assign an inbox to every new user (request) so all the replay from (replay) users will be collected to the specific inbox.

for that purpose we would like to assign the subdomain as follow [email protected] (so the users can have the first email they have at our domain)

please let me know what is the best way to do it
    Thank you

You should consult with a hosting company you like.
Ask about cPanel and WHM services.
Otherwise, you buy  a web service that lets you host your own domain name and crate e-mail accounts.
At this moment, the cPanel documentation site is down. Bu the information is also found from other sources.
    Start here:
    https://documentation.cpanel.net/displayALDcPanel+User+Documentation
I use it for some of my e-mail. Works most of the time.
