    Local area connection not a valid ip address

    my internet keeps shutting off and i get this message usually a simple troubleshoot fixes it but it gets rather annoying when your in the middle of an online game and get booted ive already turned off ipv6 what else can i do to fix this issue?

    What kind of internet connection do you use?
    Is this on a Laptop computer?  Is it wireless?
    Please give more detail.
