    Hi

    On iTunes (which doesn't require Wi-Fi/Internet) I'm able to listen to music just fine but when I try to listen to spotify, use pandora, or watch videos on netflix and youtube the screen just stays frozen and nothing plays. Advice?

    Assuming your using a Mac Computer and running into this issue?

    Assuming otherwise everything else is fine and healthy and the content is frozen on loading it sounds like its an issue with flash or media player as part of the browser. Unfortunately my Mac help is limited but it sounds browser related with the viewer such as adobe flash needs to be updated or reinstalled etc. Which browser are you using and have you tried using a different browser to see if that would help solve this?

    Additionally which version of Mac OS are you running if its a Mac... OSX etc?
