    Can not install IE9

    Vista home premium 32,  IE7

    Downloaded IE 9.   Can not be installed.   Message: additional software must be preinstalled first,
     but it does not give KB number or name of required software.

      I do not seem to understand why would you want to use IE 9.I mean it's almost become obsolete now with all those hanging/page loading issues. Any particular reason of not using Chrome or Firefox?

          with all the issues that rig might be due for a clean install of Vista...
