It has 8 cores. So does the Intel ii7 6900K.
In has a 20M cache. So does Intel
It will use  DDR4. Ditto Intel.
Price is $1000.

It's claimed to have better Instructions-Per-Clock and more efficient threading that makes it more like it has  16 cores than 8.

Leaks suggest it will cost 500$.
