I have a Lenovo idea pad with windows 10. I down loaded a some soft ware for a external hard drive WD my passport ultra when I try to download the software first it says will not down load and I try again then a window come up and ask me how do I want to down load.but none of the option I had to chose from would . I really need to open it. thanks
