Nothing works at the bluescreen troubleshooting help.

      What I do now?
Sfc / Scannow doenst work gives me this messages: "Windows Protection could not perform the request oparation.
Keep in mind I can not acces my pc files or anything im stuck at the blue screen trouble shooting.

Hook up the drive in a working PC and backup your data...or use an external enclosure if you have one...

      1) Please don't post the same question more than once. I merged both of your threads posts into this thread

      2) I moved them to Windows 10. That's a guess because you haven't told us anything about your system - including the OS

      3) Please tell us about your computer specs and OS

      4) What is new or different since the last time everything worked properly (ie, new hw, new sw, virus, error, etc)? In other words, what led up to this?

      5) You say you're stuck at the blue screen help options. Exactly what do you mean by that?
