ok so i have a samsung s5. it has a black screen but the phone is responsive. i have tried apps like dr.fone toolkit or vysor just to see my phone screen on my computer to get my important files. i think dr.fone toolkit has done something to my phone. the phone toggle button lights stay on every time i turn on the phone. i tried vysor and it works a little better but an error message appears "Error installing APK: /sbin/sh: pm: not found" i dont know what it means. i just want to get information from my phone using vysor. but i think my phone is in recovery mode and i cant see or remove it from that state. i have no idea wat i am doing i really need help as soon as possible.
