Computer restarted and I tried to run ADWCleaner one more time and it didn't run this time.
I got the screen message attached here (Microsoft Security Essentials - This app detected and suspended a potential threat. Click Clean PC to remove this threat)

Perhaps I shouldn't let it run, but since ADWCleaner wasn't responding anymore I ran it.
      Screen shots Attached

It looks like nothing changed. Computer still not executing any programs

Ok. I was able to run ADWCleaner again, after deleting all tracks left from the previous scanning/cleaning process as if it was the first time.
I ran it 3 times (from CD and from USB flash drive), every time it found 11 threats but didn't clean it. Same final reports.
ADWCleaner doesn't seem to be able to clean it.

        What should I do next?

Let me know if I should send more screen shots/reports for your information

Running scans are .exe files. What specifically cannot run?

Also tried to run System Restore and it wont run.

Pre Existing programs seem to be running fine

For safety I have disconnected the computer from the internet (I don't know what kind of malware it is)

I did that but it wont clean the virus
It will show a message that the computer is clean but a few min later the virus will show up again.
Just like in the pictures I posted before.
                        And the cicle is endless.
                        It cant clean the virus

Please download Farbar Service Scanner to the desktop and run it on the computer with the issue.
Note: You need to run the version compatible with your system. If you are not sure which version applies to your system download both of them and try to run them. Only one of them will run on your system, that will be the right version.

Make sure FRST is run under administrator privileges.
Make sure that the Whitelist section is checked.Otherwise, the log will be very long.
You Security programs may prevent the tool from running. If this happens, disable the security program until the scan is completed.
                        • Right click to run as administrator (XP users click run after receipt of Windows Security Warning - Open File). When the tool opens click Yes to disclaimer.

                        • Press "Scan".

                        • It will create a log (FSS.txt) in the same directory the tool is run.
                        • Please copy and paste the log to your reply.
                        • The first time the tool is run it generates another log (Addition.txt - also located in the same directory as FRST.exe/FRST64.exe). Please also paste that along with the FRST.txt into your reply.
