Erin23:
*cries* It's still not working...I followed your directions step by step..restarted my puter..but still, when I try to open internet explorer it just freezes my computer and I have to reboot. Should I try a system recovery?

dl65:
 Erin23.......  So IE is acting exactly the way it was before , is that right ?

Did you try to open anything else ?

dl65  ::)

dl65:
 Erin23 ...... Well , if it is still acting exactly the same way as it was when all the trouble started ....... I supppose trying system restore couldn't make it any worse ....... . Had you turned off system restore prior to your initial removal attempt ? Because if you did there will not be any restore points available to you.
If you did not turn it off , be sure and go back to before the Spy Sheriff thing and give it a try .........
Consider , that before doing this , it may be a idea to save anything you need as a format may be required .
