Pop Up problem plz help

meh:
whenever i exit out of internet explorer i keep getting pop ups but that the only time and i know its not from a web page cause its the same Pop up adress all the time plz help

Install a poppup blocker.

Google has a free toolbar that does a good job of blocking pop-ups. http://toolbar.google.com/

The Google bar is great for quick searches both online and in a page as well.
