HP printer error - "User Intervention Required"

Hi,
Can anyone share with me what is the problem with my printer.
It prompt out an error "User Intervention Required,printer offline"when i click the printer icon. i try restart my PC,but sadly the problems is still the same.

I'm using a HP laserjet 1020 printer in a network.what are the possibilities it might be based on this situation.

Printer Offline?

Make sure everything is plugged in properly and that the printer itself is turned on.

if all are turned on, make sure that your printer is turned on in windows by going to Control Panel>Printers and Other Hardware>Printers and Faxes, and right click on the printer and see if a menu option is available that says "use printer online"... or something to that gist.

Is this a network printer? Or is it connected to your machine? Also have you checked the printer for something like a paper jam?

Yes a verything is turn on and all the cabel is right on it position.Maybe smthing wrong with the network

yes,this is a network printer,no paper jam.i its a network problem.
