how to know the bit of your OS?

I talked to a technician and he said that a 32bit OS cant support a 4gig memory.Is that true? ???

Yes.
It will see/use approximately 3.4G of it though...
To find out what you have in Windows Explorer click Help/About Windows for your ver.
