Also, I don't think something in a fixed orbit has an apogee and perigee, but I'm no expert. I just live here.

I think every orbit has apogee and perigee, but I can't figure out how to check that on the 'net.

I know that satellites such as weather satellites that are orbiting the earth so they are looking at the same country all the time. Does that mean it has an apogee and perigee if they are in a fixed orbit with the earth?

An orbit has to have an apogee, a perigee and a heck list of other things, but apogee cant be calculated if the orbit is too eccentric(on the outer side).
