Sony Vaio doesnt power
« on: March 19, 2009, 08:10:15 AM »
I have a old Sony Vaio model PCG-Grx500p.

My dad shipped my the laptop from Cali and after I received it, the laptop doesn't power up anymore. He said it worked before but it just needs a new charger, and so I bought a new one from Sony and still doesn't work. He also said that if that doesn't work then it might be the ac adapter inside the laptop.

If anyone that know whats wrong, please let me know asap. ??? ??? ???

I would suggest to bring it to a repair shop.

Or if it's old enough the batteries could be to the point of not taking a charge.
Sometimes computer shops will test simple tings like batteries free, or if you know a Guy with a meter they can be helpful too
