My computer is running real slow

My computer is running real slow and I suspect a virus or spyware.
I don't currently have any spyware software but i do have Norton 360. Can anyone help?

I would list everything that is running in my process but I am not sure how to get it copied to here.
I am a beginner so I might have to ask questions.

I suspect this file. Because when I put it in standby the computer seemed to run faster. Can anyone tell me what this is and how I can get rid of it if it is not needed.

bing.com will tell him/her what the file is and doe's and weather it can be taken out , am i wrong , harry
