Ah, yes they had to hire her so they could rush that out the door in a relatively functional but unpolished state.

Rumour has it she tried to correct the capitalizations on all the functions, changing for example "GetTextExtentPointEx" to "Extended_get_text_extent_point" which caused major headaches for developers and ultimately resulting in her not having permissions to change existing code, only add to it. This was also partially responsible for the naming, as she would often exclaim "what about me" at developer meetings, yelling "Me" quite loudly, and the marketing department often ate lunch right outside that particular meeting room, so it stands to reason that while they were throwing their cafeteria food at the pidgeons and otherwise goofing off they heard her exclaim "Me" over and over again. At some point one of them decided to do some work to earn their 20K a year job and lo-and-behold it consisted entirely of simply finding an appropriate acronym for ME.

56 was my lowest 72 was my highest after i take the like 5 times in a row my left hand pinky gets tired and i start making mistakes
i noticed i use it for q a z s and x and all the keys to the left of that like the cap lock shift and ctrl is that normal

last month when i took this test i  was only like 45  to 50 i started this thread mainly because i wanted to improve my typing any programs are things i could try that you would reccomend

On second try, I got 50 with 10 errors. I believe typing tutor software can be helpful to anyone seriously dedicated to improving their speed.  I can't vouch for any particular programs but might be something good at http://typingsoft.com/all_typing_tutors.htm

I type from 55 to 65 words per minute. In MS word, I typed this:

Hi this is a test document I want to see my Words per minute this is a test I am a real typer and I am fast and speedy and this is a document I want to see what is real because this is a test I don’t care about orange thomgoe

I type in a strange way.

56 wpm. My fingers now hurt.

31 with 3 error.  Never did learn how to type, I look at the keys when, I do.  But I know standard java commands, classes/methods and also classes/methods made by me by heart.  Wouldn't say i type fast during programming, though.  I just think ideas fast, but stop to think the actual code
