Windows Live Mail will not start

My mail program will simply not run.
It will run but after a minute or so the following error message appears: 0x800C0155
I have run my antivirus and antispam programs but i still have the problem, the curious thing is the other users on my PC are able to use the Windows Live Mail without a hitch when they log in.
i am currently running my PC on Windows7 Ultimate

Have you tried using something like http://www.ccleaner.com/ and cleaning out your files.
It sounds like something linked to your account so I would start there. Run a full scan and clean.

Run CCleaner but it didn't sort out the problen
