tried to reformat hp pavilion laptop a buddy gave me but lost power and now i cant format windows xp on it i know that i have a good copy of windows in more like its not seeing the CD ROM and i get set up cannot copy file bootvid.dll please help i just want to play Rome total war and i have been missing around in repair console is there a way to default everything
