Game locks when sound attempts to play.

The settings for the sound card may be improperly set type "Del am.cfg" press enter and am.cfg should be deleted.  Type in Amazon and make sure that you have the correct settings, try again if that does not work continue doing the same thing until the problem is resolved.

Graphics in the program hesitate before or during a sound.

Ensure that you are running the correct sound settings and you are running in Super VGA mode. If all of this appears to be correct try typing "Amazon /1" and press enter and try to run Amazon. If this still does not resolve the issue then try typing Amazon /j run it again if that does not work then you may need to contact tech support.
