Jaz drive ABCs

The Iomega Jaz drive is a large removable diskette drive which stores up to 1GB on the original models and newer models having the capability of 2GB per diskette. Along with the large capacity of diskettes, the Jaz drive also has a fast access time which generally is around 5.5MBps at a 12 ms average seek time. Because of the large capacity and the fast access time, Jaz drives are an excellent solution as a backup medium.
