TROUBLESHOOTING Not able to scroll in Address Book in Microsoft Outlook 97.
Microsoft Outlook does support the Microsoft Intellimouse; however, the
address book is accessed through Exchange, which does not support the Microsoft
Intellimouse; therefore, you will not be able to use this feature in Address Book.
When using the wheel on the mouse to scroll up and down in
Explorer it is choppy.
This can sometimes be caused by Windows NT assuming that the mouse is a
PS/2 mouse. To resolve this issue, click Start / Settings / Control panel / Double-click
mouse / Click the wheel tab / check the box to disable the Turn on wheel, then re-apply
the check to again enable the feature / Click ok, and the issue should be resolved.
The pointer wrap around does not work in
Windows NT.
This special feature is not designed to work in Windows NT; therefore,
