TROUBLESHOOTING Unable
to use Hewlett Packard printer with Top Scanner.
The Top Drawer scanner should come with a sheet of paper instructing you
how to use the Top Drawer Scanner with Hewlett Packard printers.
Can I upgrade the scanner to color?
This scanner is only shipped being black and white and cannot be upgraded
to color.
How can I get the drivers?
If you have purchased the Top Drawer Scanner separately from the computer,
you should have received 3 diskettes. If you do not have these diskettes, it is recommended
that you contact Packard Bell
If you have received this scanner with your computer, the drivers for the
scanner should be located on your master restore cd.
