| When printing I receive only garbled text, how can I fix this?
First attempt to
reset the printer cables from the computer, turn off the printer
and the computer, and reset the cable from the back of the printer and
the computer. Attempt to print again; if you receive the same
problems, refer to CH000087
to determine if you are experiencing a driver or hardware issue.
I am unable to
locate Windows 3.x for my printer.
