TROUBLESHOOTING Long file names in Windows 98
Because of enhancements within the file
allocation table which allows for long file names, you will need to update your software
which came with your tape drive. Additional information on this can be obtained through Seagate.
When attempting to format a DT-350 tape in a Conner tape
drive you receive errors
This is a limitation with most 250
tape drives (the exception is drives manufactured by Colorado Memory System) are
unable to format DT-350 tapes.
