Issue:

Changing and or viewing video settings within MS-DOS.

Solution:

From DOS command prompt, type:

cd\windows

once within the C:\Windows directory, type:

setup

Within the setup screen will be listed various current configurations, one of them being your current video settings. If you wish to change these settings, navigate using your cursor keys on your keyboard until highlighted. Once highlighted, press enter and select the new video settings.
