Can an NTFS partition be accessed using a bootable diskette?

Because of security constraints, you cannot access an NTFS (NTFS file system) partition using a bootable diskette. To access information on this diskette, you must place this drive in another computer with a workable version of Windows NT and take ownership of that drive.
